Packages are the ideal way to combine IMPACT’s Seminars and Experiential Classes. While seminar change perspective and can guide the themes of experiential classes, experiential classes provide hands-on skills and practice of those skills to create change. Packages deliver knowledge and skills to targeted audiences:
- Teachers, Staff & Parents
- Students Leaders (teens)
- At Risk Youth (teens)
- Specific Age Groups
The goal of Seminars is to change participants’ perspective. The classes are activity and discussion based. In Experiential Classes, participants learn concrete communcation and/or self-defense skills in realistic, dynamic role play. Experiential classes allow students to put into practice the concepts they learn in Seminar classes. Learning how to implement these boundaries or interventions and stand up for themselves change a group’s understanding of the issue and how empowered they feel to create change in their own lives and their communities.
