IMPACT offers social service organization an initial consultation at no cost. In the consultation, we address specific needs and concerns including, but not limited to:
- Consultation on Human Resources policies
- Safety concerns around the physical environment and the building
- Concerns about employee culture, including burnout
- Concerns about staff’s interactions with clients
- Services & support you would like to provide to client populations, based on the population and their needs
- Determining what training fits your workplace’s needs given your policies & procedures, employee culture, and/or client concerns
- Discussion about how to change policies to reflect your concerns and priorities and/or how to introduce this training to employees
